A Trust with the name and style “Sree Mangala Vinayakar Temple Trust” was registered on 3^rd September, 2021 with the main objective of take over and management of the Mangala Vinayakar Temple and the Advaitha hall complex [including the building available (at present used as Guest House) in the land purchased by Vinayaka Nagar Association in September 2020], which were owned by the Vinayaka Nagar Association.

On 21^st January, 2022, a Settlement Deed was executed by the Association transferring to the Trust, the ownership of 8.47 Ares (20.93 cents) of land along with the Mangala Vinayakar Temple, / temple complex and the building bearing TC No.52/925 with all improvements thereon together with the electric connection, water connection, well, borewell, and coconut tree comprised in the said 8.47 Ares of land. 

The other movable properties relating to the Temple and the Advaitha Hall in the books of the VNA along with all the assets of the temple were also handed over to the Trust symbolically on the Prathishta day on 29-3-2022 in the presence on the Temple Thantry. The assets were formally transferred in favour of the Trust with effect from 1^st April, 2022.

On 9^th March 2023, the Trust purchased six cents of land in plot no. VNA -6 at a total cost of Rs.73 lakhs, [which is intended to be used as car parking area]. With this purchase, the total land holdings of the Trust is 27 cents.
